Port Prince is a new wood house. surrounded by nature peace and quite, but still only 700m from the beach and less to the center of the pictursque village of Cabuya. first floor has the living room and kitchen open space, a guest room and the general bathroom. the huge wall of glass light the whole house up and the living room cieling opens to 6m high. it has two big sliding doors that open to the garden and outside porch. second floor holds the master bedroom and bathroom, keeping contact with the livingroom and the glass window wall as an open gallery. since the house is so tall only cieling fan are needed helping the ocean breeze get into the house.
